About Common Cultures

We started fermenting at Common Ground because, well, fermenting is fun, the end result is always good for you, often unique, and usually tastes pretty good.  

Our main ferment is water kefir (fermented soda) which you can buy in Common Ground. We love water kefir because it’s full of natural probiotics (more than kombucha even), is low in sugar and tastes great. We do a range of natural flavours like raspberry and lime, blueberry and pomegranate, and ginger lemon and turmeric. We like it so much we even made an infographic about it (created by @beejanerai).
